Tuning and spare parts can be posted world wide.

UK shipping / post & packing. (parts)
1) A post & packing guide for all UK mainland orders is: 10% of order value. Minimum £3.50 - maximum £12.00. Any excess postage can be credited.
2) Small parcels are sent 1st Class Post with larger parcels up to 25kg sent by courier £9.00 (usually Night Speed)
3) Goods can only be sent to the card holder's address.
4) For next day deliveriy please ensure you order by midday.

Overseas shipping / post & packing. (parts)
Small packets up to 2kg can be sent UK Postal Swift Air. Approx. price is £10.00 without tax for most world wide destinations.
Larger packages can be sent UPS, DHL or UK Parcel Force at cost. Parcels may "bulk" out. This means the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight. The higher of the two values applies. Volumetric weight = L x W x H(cm) divided by 6,000
Internet tracking is available with these services for your peace of mind. We will e-mail your tracking number if requested.

Returns policy. (parts)
Faulty / Damaged goods / Goods supplied wrong:
AJS Motorcycles Ltd. will issue a credit note or refund for any item/s which upon receipt, has been found to be damaged, faulty, of the incorrect size, or an incorrect item.
The goods must first be returned to us, unused, undamaged (unless damaged when received) and in their original packing. The consumer is responsible for
returning the goods to AJS Motorcycles Ltd., Goodworth Clatford, Andover, Hants, SP11 7RP . We suggest you use a registered or recorded delivery service with insurance against loss.

Procedure:
1) Pack carefully and return the goods to us. Ensure you have a certificate of posting and insurance for goods in transit.
2) Upon receipt of your unused and undamaged goods (unless damaged when received) we may issue a credit note or refund which equals the purchase value of the goods. For received damaged goods replacement item/s may be offered.
For returned unwanted goods which fall out side of the European Distance Selling Regulations (see below) a 20% restocking charge may apply.

European Distance Selling Regulations
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return any unwanted goods.
You must notify us in writing that you wish to return the goods within seven working days from the day after your receive the goods.
You must return the goods undamaged, unopened and unused in their original packaging.
You must pay all the return shipping costs or if you request that we collect the goods, the actual return shipping cost will be charged to you.
You cannot return goods that are made to your specific specifications. Engines or bikes built to your specification for example.

This does not affect your UK statutory rights.

4) Overseas orders over £300.00 must be made by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through the banks.
